Job Title: Radiochemist

Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Master’s Degree
- 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Aseptic compounding, using non-radioactive kit formulations and manufacturing of cyclotron based PET radiopharmaceuticals (e.g. 18FDG)for both in-house clinical use and outdoor commercial PET centre requirements under SOPs &cGMP guidelines of NNRA & IAEA.
- Prepare analytical reports for outdoor radiopharmaceutical exports.
- Packaging of radiopharmaceutical according to the ordinance on transportation of radioactive materials.
- Handling, packaging, labelling and storing radioactive drugs and hazardous materials in compliance with radiation safety practices.
- Establishing and reviewing policies and protocols related to the preparation, use, and disposal of radioactive chemicals and maintains appropriate documentation associated with it.
- Maintain the qualification and calibration of automated and semi-automated radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and QC equipment.
- Regular revalidation of production processes.
