SME Growth Hub – Our client, a Fashion and Beauty Boutique, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Candidate would gain complete Product knowledge of their offerings. (If you don’t know your product, you can’t sell it)
  • Meet monthly Sales Target
  • Customer relationship Management
  • Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of organization
  • Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues / complaints.

Qualifications

  • A University Degree Or OND qualification in Management or Business related courses.
  • 2 – 4 years work experience.
  • Experience in fashion retail, beauty business or business.
  • Customer oriented.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be an experienced and seasoned Sales Team Lead with outstanding leadership and sales skills
  • Must have leadership skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Packages and also social media savvy
  • Must be dependable, be a self-starter and must have good administration and business skills.
  • Candidate must have prior experience in sales or marketing
  • Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills

Work Hours:

  • Shift Job (5/6 days a week).

Salary / Other Benefits

  • N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly
  • Transport allowance
  • Bonus
  • Sales commission.
