Pajuno Development Company Limited is an end-to-end information technology solution provider in the card issuance business. The Organization distributes and supports card issuance machines as well as provide software solutions for end-to-end EMV instant card issuance and software designed to add value to its hardware range and the banks’ card issuance processes.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Technical Support Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
- Assist in proper monitoring and maintenance of clients devices
- Assist in efficient after-sales support for all clients
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance for Clients
- Implementation of standard processes and procedures
- Training of clients on logging and resolving issues
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
- Assist in installing and configuring clients devices, diagnosing software and hardware faults and proffer solutions
- Consistent documenting and logging of clients problems and enquiries as relayed by the Customer Care staff
- Assist in ensuring effective help desk support, rapid response to queries and all clients issues
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / HND / OND in Electrical / Electronics, Computer Science / Communication, Info-Tech
- 1 – 2 years as a System Support/iIT Officer
- Internet and Tech savvy
- Customer Focused
- A Team Player.
