Job Title: Tele – Collection Agent
Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage recovery of overdue payments from customers by reaching out to customers.
- Perform other assigned duties necessary to support the portfolio weekly.
- Give accurate report on customers reached out to weekly.
- Understand the assigned product and be persuasive enough to convince customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.
- Aim to hit set individual/team targets by collecting overdue loans.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate records.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / NCE / OND qualification with 0 – 3 years worke experience.
