We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Manage all office activities including; recruitment and background check
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company social media platforms
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer enquires by employees and attend meetings with corporate clients
  • Update  office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned


  • HND / B.Sc Degree in any related discipline; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and a knowledge of IT will be an added advantage
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A female preferably
  • Candidate should be between the ages of 27 years – 32 years
  • Candidate must be a Christian and a resident of Ibadan
