Emmaus and Encamp – Our client, an Oil Palm Plantation, is looking for an experienced person for the position below:
Job Title: Boiler Operator
Location: Ewohimi, Edo
Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust a boiler in the steam generating plant, maintaining maximum boiler efficiency by adjusting and interpreting gauges, indicators and steam flow meters.
- Operation of steam turbine to generate power
- Maintain various records and reports in boiler log
- Make regular checks of plant equipment and make adjustments, repairs, and service equipment as required
- Ensure compliance with Health and safety procedures
- Maintain heating systems such as low-pressure boilers, high-pressure boilers and biomass boilers.
- Must ensure a safe and environmentally friendly operation of boiler systems.
Qualifications
- Applicant must possess Mechanical Engineering Technician Part II with a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience.
- Preferably residence of Edo state.
