Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Attracting new merchants by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Communicating with merchants to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential merchants
  • Growing the number of merchants to meet company target.
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect customers; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.

Experience:

  • 3- 5 years of direct, Business Development , preferably in the Crypto space.
  • Experienced in driving desired consumer behaviour using data and marketing strategy.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
