Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution to measurement.
- Develop marketing program, business plans, create timelines, set budgets, develop strategies and tactics and execute.
- Develop tools and best parctices to manage the execution of marketing programs
- Conducting market research.
- Identification of the potential market.
- Development of the pricing strategies.
- Classify product range (product mix) and identify cash
- Ensure that we have the right team for marketing and that marketing meetings are productive, results are evaluated, considered and new target/ duties are implemented.
- To achieve a target of #50 million(Twenty million naira) individually.
- To achieve a target of #100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Naira) quarterly with your team.
- Inability to meet the target, each party may way.
- Build brand awareness and positioning.
- Direct, plan, and coordinate marketing effort.
- Develop the right team for marketing to cover nationwide East, West, North, and South.
- Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met by the marketing team.
- Carry out any duty not expressly stated but deemed necessary to the overall benefit of the Company.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 9 years work experience.
