Job Title: Business Support Intern

Job Summary
As Business Support (Intern) with FOAK Business Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Human Resource Consultants on existing retainer clients within the scope of Consulting activities and assist with requests from new and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery service division of the business.
  • Handle the thrift store activities / transactions on social media pages.

Job Description

  • To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive, energized, and self-starter with a deep understanding of customer service and relationship management.
  • You will be a brilliant communicator and capable of representing our brand effectively to the public over mails, phone calls, chats, and brand social media.
  • This is a role in a fast-paced organization, working on complex delivery priorities as a member of the team with a keen eye for results. This role reports directly to the CEO. Therefore, the successful candidate for the role should be able to display most of the following:

Human Resource Tasks:

  • Type letters.
  • Support the HR consultants with recruitment and advertisement of vacancies.
  • Filing of all documentation.

Dispatch Services Supervisor Tasks:

  • Coordinate dispatch riders’ work schedules.
  • Take orders via social media platforms including WhatsApp.
  • Liaise with clients and ensure orders are promptly delivered.

Thrift Store Coordination:

  • Taking pictures of thrift store items and posting on Instagram.
  • Take orders via social media platforms including WhatsApp.
  • Liaise with clients on choice orders, process payments, and ensure orders are promptly delivered.

General Tasks:

  • Social Media Handling.
  • Liaison personnel.


  • OND qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
