Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Periodic financial reporting and tax computations.
- Month-end reporting and consolidation.
- Preparing annual budgets by liaising with management and department heads.
- Liaising with external and internal auditors.
- Answering financial queries from tax consultants, and other relevant bodies.
- Preparing quarterly financial forecasts.
- Maintaining company compliance standards.
- Maintain and record transactions on a suitable accounting system.
- Monitoring Cashflow, Providing back-office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.
- Preparation of short-, mid-and long-term business plans.
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting.
- 4 – 5 years of working experience as an Accountant in the microfinance or lending business.
- Certification in Accounting is a must (ICAN or ACCA)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software Like Sage, QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong Management and Budgeting skills.
Salary
- N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
