Job Title: Operations & Admin Lead

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Oversee Operational Procedures
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the business using mobile app
  • Manage Bookings from Clients and send to riders
  • Follow up with riders on the road, check for their movement and confirm Deliveries done
  • Follow up with clients for payment and send the evidence of payment to Boss for confirmation
  • Inspection of the bikes every day when rider comes to the office
  • Incase of mechanical Issues with bike, follow up with the mechanic on repairs so it can be done on time to avoid unnecessary delay and discuss all expenses with boss during repairs for approval
  • Input all bookings, Expenses on the system and send to boss email every end of the week
  • Follow up with the bikes paperwork so that anyone that needs to be renewed can be done to avoid road officers disturbing riders
  • Follow up with the company Instagram and do more of marketing
  • Follow up with General Administrative issues of the company
  • Devise and Implement Innovative Strategies
  • Manage Available Resources
  • Communicate Operations Performance
  • Team Management
  • Review Market and Regulatory Developments.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.

Salary
N55,000 / month.
