Job Title: Paddy Supply Planning Officer
Location: Offa, Kwara

Job Summary
- The primary purpose of this position is development of the paddy supply plan of onsite and offsite warehouses and execution of the production plan for the mill
- The position objective is to manage the inventory planning, coordinate with the sourcing team, production planning, and material planning with the goal of lowering cost and improving feed stock supply and availability.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a long-term production schedule / plan, taking into consideration the needs forecasted by the demand planning team.
- Monitor monthly and weekly production plans.
- Track inventory levels at offsite and onsite warehouses and manage as needed.
- Track inventory of raw materials and advise the sourcing team.
- Monitor movement of materials through purchasing and storage.
- Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess and low inventory.
- Execute the supply planning process of inventory planning.
- Act as key interface between Stock replenishment, operations, and logistics.
- Cost control through forecast error minimization, project coordination, and inventory planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.
