Job Description

  • We’re looking for results-driven Relationship Managers with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


  • The most important and indispensable skill in this role is your ability to meet set targets by converting prospects to customers.
  • Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of basic office tools such as Google Sheet, Google Form, Microsoft Team etc.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
