Job Qualifications / Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in sales engineering, technical support or sales support roles.
  • Ability to solving complex problems and strong analytical mind and good negotiation and marketing skills, strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation.
  • Prior experience in the solar sector, proficiency with PPT, Excel and basic knowledge of P and L Management is important.

Job Competency / Requirements:

  • Ability to sell the company’s products and services to all categories of customers.
  • Ability to assist in the creation and delivery of presentations, statements of work, proposals and quotes.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members, in particular, the engineering and business development teams to connect appropriate resources with opportunities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a cordial relationship with prospects during and after sales.
  • Ability to use your in-depth product knowledge and technical skills to suggest and potentially develop product solutions for prospects.
  • Ability to keep up to date with industry trends and assist in researching and developing new products alongside business developers.
  • Ability to act with urgency and precision to give users the best product and service experience.
  • Ability to communicate to prospect customers and partners at external events, conferences etc.
  • Ability to ensure timely entry of data into internal business supply solutions.
