Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes, concerns and provide them with suitable service.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly or annually sales targets.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND
  • Minimum 2 years core sales experience or proven experience in a sales executive role.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

  • N60,000 – N100,000 monthly
  • Performance bonus (2 -5%)
