Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Senior manager to uncover new business opportunities across all sectors of the economy as well as managing relationships with external partners.
  • The candidate will be expected to develop relationships and work closely with team of cross-functional partners across business, technology, marketing and servicing.
  • A successful candidate will be customer-obsessed and passionate about delivering impactful end-to-end experiences to our customer.

What we need from you:

  • Create strategic alliances/partnership to grow the banks’ market share in its chosen niche
  • Develop partner networks and strategic partnerships both locally and internationally across financial services, technology, and other relevant industries
  • Mentor and build a high-performing team by providing useful, timely feedback and learning opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships
  • Analyse and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues in customer needs that can be addressed through strategic partnerships
  • Develop and maintain key contacts and ensure the organisation is abreast of key industry trends to make recommendations on new revenue opportunities.
  • Negotiate and bring deals to completion with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize method driven approaches and processes to drive results through partnerships.
  • Ensuring compliance of all business policies to relevant local and international statutory and electronic payments industry regulations and standards
  • Develop manpower and resource requirement plans for the Group.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a second-class upper Bachelor’s Degree in any Business, Marketing or Finance related field is preferred. Masters and professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in strategic sales or business development with at least 5 years at management level. Experience in Banking will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong Financial Analysis / Interpretation capabilities
  • Advance marketing, sales, negotiation, consultative and product management skills
  • Understanding of Basic Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations)
  • Strong Financial Analysis / Interpretation capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, written, presentation
  • Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Integrity and discretion.
