Dogan’s Sugar Limited is incorporated in July 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria as a European invested company for the will to produce quality sugar products in Nigeria. The company is a subsidiary of Ata Ltd. Co.; Ukraine’s biggest and market leader cube sugar manufacturing company with more than %70 market share. Currently, Ata is manufacturing more than 20 different FMCG products in Ukraine with different weights and packaging.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
  • Auditing financial information
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
  • Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
  • Financial forecasting and risk analysis
  • Dealing with insolvency cases
  • Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger employees.
  • Examining expenses submitted by employees
  • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes paid properly and on time.
  • Organize and maintain financial records
  • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and timely
  • Tracking of bank deposits and payments
  • Preparing daily transaction report
  • Petty cash management
  • Daily posting of transaction on Falcon
  • Organize and maintain financial records
  • Compiling, presenting reports and financial statement
  • Examining expenses submitted by employees.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Education, Competency & Technical Skill Requirements

  • Interested candidates should  possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
