Job Title: Billing Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Collate all Customer billing information from all relevant parties.
- Create invoice for all customers within the billing cycle.
- Provide weekly reports to the Line Manager on all customer payment.
- Ensure all taxes and applicable fees are captured in the Invoice.
- Maintain accurate information on customers, billing cycles and payments.
- Contact customers to ensure payments are made as at when due.
- Monitor and manage customer billing and invoice payments.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
- Provide ideas on how to improve revenue recovery.
- Make inputs to the Service level Agreements with the customers.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
