Greenfield Consulting Limited – Our client in the Hospitality industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Responsible for all food production including food used for buffet & private functions. Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes.
  • Develop and monitor the food budget for the kitchen. Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.


  • Minimum of an SSCE certificate
  • Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred
  • 5 – 8 years experience as a Chef
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and process management skills.


  • Accommodation will be provided for the Chef.
