Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Associate
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Customer service representative
- Living Proximity to Ajah, Lagos.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Females are encouraged to apply.
Working Days:
- Mondays- Saturdays.
Salary
N45,000 – N60,000 / Month based on qualification & experience.
