Job Title: Finance Manager (DSR – Fleet)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
- Preparing of fleet Monthly Performance Review with full variance analysis and insightful commentary.
- Timely preparation of yearly budget for fleet, ensure timely reconciliation of all assigned General Ledgers and no aged outstanding items more than 30 days.
- To ensure timely payment of operational expenses for transport unit.
- Effective business partnering to the Transport department.
- On the job training for fleet officers.
- Track the company’s financial status and performance to identity areas for potential improvement.
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Any other duties may be assigned.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND in Finance / Account, Business Administration, Economics or relevant Social Sciences or any related discipline. Relevant Post graduate Qualification will be an added advantage.
Professional Qualification:
- Professional Qualification Experience (ICAN, ACCA)
Work Experience:
- 8-10 years’ experience in finance, with at least 5 years at senior level.
- Experience across multiple industries/markets e.g. Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities will be an added advantage.
