Job Description
Develop strategies and establish policies related to:
- Management of manpower needs.
- New employee recruitment process.
- Preparation of employee training and development programs.
- Preparation of employee career paths (promotions, transfers, demotions).
- Ensuring company regulations are in accordance with the law.
- Employee performance management.
- Company organizational development.
- Preparation of remuneration program.
- Drafting company regulations.
- Handle the working environment, company culture, and coordination between various departments.
- Conduct employee development programs and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Finance, Business ,Management, Education or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years proven HR generalist experience in the pharmaceutical/consumer goods industry.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas.
- Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff.
- A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law.
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
- Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs including HRsmart software.
- Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement.
