Job Title: Human Resource / Admin Manager

Location: Abijo, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos

Job Description

  • The primary focus of this role is to support the growth of the organisation by providing comprehensive Human Resource and Office administrative services to support the achievement of business strategy and corporate objectives.
  • The HR & Admin Manager will provide HR services namely recruitment, training & development, benefits & compensation, HR and office administration, etc.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s HR policies, handbooks and procedures and ensuring effective implementation and enforcement of the approved policies
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Recommend and maintain the HRIS system.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Nurture a positive working environment to encourage a high-performance team
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs and develop “bench strength” of talent & skills to enable quick fulfilment of job openings
  • Ensure that the office is run efficiently and all services are maintained to ensure a conducive working environment and ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
  • Any other corporate administrative duties may be required from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience ( especially managing blue-collar staff)
  • Knowledge of digitising HR processes end to end or of any HRIS systems.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and others

Others:

  • For gender balance, a female is preferred.
  • The office location is Abijo, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos State. (proximity to location or closeness to Lekki – Ajah axis is an advantage).

Salary

  • N120,000 – N140,000 / month.
