Dogan’s Sugar Limited is incorporated in July 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria as a European invested company for the will to produce quality sugar products in Nigeria. The company is a subsidiary of Ata Ltd. Co.; Ukraine’s biggest and market leader cube sugar manufacturing company with more than %70 market share. Currently, Ata is manufacturing more than 20 different FMCG products in Ukraine with different weights and packaging.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates via recruitment and job online advertisement
- Maintaining a smooth on boarding process
- Training, counselling and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data( absences ,overtime, leaves, etc)
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentation
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Competencies & Technical Skill Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven Experience in Haulage and Logistics firm
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages. e.g Microsoft Excel.
- Clear communicator and excellent service skills.
- Ability to manage personal employee matters, such as discipline, complaints, development and layoffs with complete discretion.
- Being detail-oriented.
