Job Title: Operations Associate

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for excellence in all operations functions of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ordering and restocking supplies, and managing relationships with outside vendors
- Develop business dashboard on monthly basis and prepare reports for management.
- Reconciling monthly operations credit card statements
- Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshoot on all client issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain Inventory databases and keep track of Asset Inventories, assignments and movement and produce necessary documentation
- Make recommendations for business performance improvement
- Prepare summaries for key functional metrics and assist in taking timely decision
- racking/organizing operations databases including Inventory and Purchase request Database
- Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
- Maintain knowledge on all modern trends in online ad market
- Minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional business environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both as part of a team and ind
- Excellent attention to detail with good business Acumen
- An analytical mindset with strong problem solving, communication, and writing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
