Requirements
The Right Candidte for this role is:
- A University Graduate (minimum qualification for this role is a 2:2)
- 1 – 5 years experience.
- Smart
- Ability to hold conversations and engage customers
- Professionalism in Food Service delivery.
- Ensuring smooth operation of activities in the eatery and maintaining relationships with customers
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service.
- Complying with restaurant chain and government sanitation standards.
