We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business development.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons (e.g electricians)
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Administration
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental and legal policies
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge in social media and other digital channels will be an added advantage.
