Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a Customer / Online Sales Support Personnel.
- Our ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent knowledge of customer service best practices.
- You should also be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
- Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 1 year work experience.
- Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills.
