Job Title: Senior Attorney
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the principal of legal to do the company’s investment project, procurement and other major business activities
- Assist the principal of legal in handling various lawsuits, complaints, disputes, etc.
- Review the contract, track the process of the contract approval process and assist in optimizing and modifying the contract approval process
- Track the timely and standardized filing of contracts by various business departments.
- Complete other work content assigned by the leader
Qualifications
- Legal major in Top 10 Universities in Nigeria, passed the bar examination, and with at least 8 years experience in handling complaints, especially candidates with experience in handling complaints in collection business are preferred；
- Stable, tough, calm, cautious and attentive charaterisitic with team work spirit;
- Have good language skills and legal written / writing skills；
- Fluent in English.
