ICS Outsourcing Nigeria Limited – Our client is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Locations: Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Collect payments whether in cash and other approved forms
  • Issue receipts, refunds, changes or tickets
  • Redeem stamps and coupons
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Must have knowledge of Omega and Ipratico Softwares.
  • Basic calculation skills
  • Ability to use a personal computer knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Must be able to work in the early morning and late-night shifts
  • Attention to detail.
