We are an indigenous non-profit and non-governmental organization with Head Office in Abuja and field offices in several locations in Nigeria. We are in the business of saving lives, making life more meaningful and productive for all Nigerians and especially for people living with, and affected by HIV.

We need dynamic, highly skilled and passionate persons to work with our highly experienced team at our Head and state offices in the capacity below:

Job Title: Cool Girl’s Mentor / Subject Matter Expert – STH

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities on the cool-girls web app. This includes moderating chats, question / answer sessions and educative games
  • Develop creative ways to promote peer interaction on the mobile app, such as challenges, assigning groups to discuss certain topic and coordinating collective responses
  • Develop a roster for discussion topics and work with supervisor on schedule for facilitators, as applicable
  • Round up each week with practical discussions, tips/activities for participants
  • As applicable, provide answers to questions posted up on the group and refer to supervisor for assistance in answering questions that are challenging.
  • Work with supervisor or designee to provide linkages for HIV testing services or GBV services as applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences; or any related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ progressive experience working with adolescent girls and young women
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word), Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience with use, of various mobile applications
  • Ability to work under pressure, cooperatively as a member of team
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large amount of information
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good and functional supervisory and coordination skills
  • Fast Learning is a must.
