Job Purpose / Objective
- The Design Engineer supports the Lead Design Engineer in the Project Delivery Organisation in ensuring effective coordination and delivery of design and engineering work for capital projects.
- Ensures that the electrical engineering design for assigned capital project is carried out safely to applicable codes and standards utilizing industry best practices to achieve error free and on-schedule project delivery.
Main Accountabilities
- Responsible for delivering the electrical engineering design packages for projects, as appropriate for each phase, in line with the corporate goal of top-quartile, competitive and affordable projects

- Supports the outputs of other disciplines to ensure compliance to NLNG Asset Information Management procedures, standards and formats.

- Supervise the execution and close out of:
- As built redlined PDR and SEC
- Upgrading of documents,
- Drafting / design request from NLNG departments and sections.
- Participate in the conversion to native files of NLNG Documents types and incorporate plant change information resulting from project activities using AutoCAD, MicroStation, GTXRaster CAD and Microsoft Office software,
- Produce technical drawings and documentation on AutoCAD to support NLNG activities as required from projects and discipline in accordance with NLNG Asset Information Management procedures and applicable standards.

Job Title: Principal Planning Engineer
Location: Bonny Island, Rivers
Job Purpose / Objective
- The successful candidate would be required to develop, manage and maintain centralized planning and scheduling system for the overall Client’s CAPEX Projects Portfolio that will ensure effective schedule control, facilitate project delivery within established targets and provide key information for management reporting to achieve Departmental KPI’s.
Main Accountabilities
- Provide project management support in the development of the Client’s Projects Portfolio activities, resources planning leading to the creation of the Overall Project Portfolio baseline schedule including
- Schedule Basis documents and its subsequent maintenance to achieve schedule performance.
- Maintain the overall Project Portfolio Schedule at levels 1 to 4 required to develop and execute each approved project in their hierarchy relationship to meet the Client’s projects’ requirements.

- Evaluate bid schedules and review contractor execution plan and develop the key milestone dates for critical projects for alignment with the overall integrated Project Portfolio Schedule.
- Verify that the contractors reported progress is correct and accurately reflected including Milestone Performance in the overall Project Portfolio integrated schedule for accurate management reporting.
- Enhance Schedule Visibility by regular interaction with project team to bring clarity around schedule, and schedule performance including progress variance analysis.
- Review scope change requests for the impact on schedules and the critical path of the project and prepare reconciliations between earlier schedules and the current schedule and provide schedule impact assessments to change control process for accurate progress monitoring.
- Perform risk and sensitivity analysis on project schedule or critical path analysis and evaluate impact on overall Project portfolio plan.
- Ensure Benchmarking data are captured in company’s central pool of Benchmarking information bank including Productivity Norms and same are used to enhance schedule robustness.

Job Purpose / Objective
- To operate the Risk Management process and tools for client CAPEX projects in order to achieve effective implementation of risk and opportunity management in all project phases.
Main Accountabilities
- Implement the project risk management process: risk identification and assessment; risk quantification and prioritization; risk response planning and implementation, risk information records; risk monitoring and control.
- Support the regular health assessment of the project risk management process.
- Coordinate and (when necessary) facilitate risk management events such as risk workshops and risk review meetings with the participation of all key stakeholders.
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative risk analysis on projects: integrate input from the risk register, cost estimate and schedule into deterministic and probabilistic risk analyses to provide final cost and schedule range estimates.
- Update the project risk database, including the addition of new risks, tracking risk response actions and reporting on risk KPIs.

Job Title: Cost Estimator
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Purpose / Objective
- To provide Company with cost management services including preparation of cost estimates and post projects contract cost management support to aid management make informed decisions at various value assurance gates, minimize successful contractual claims, achieve value for money, contribute to company’s good corporate image, meet projects objectives and ultimately contribute to achievement of Cost Leadership in the management of PD CAPEX projects and budget.
Main Accountabilities
- Produce timely and quality cost estimates for CAPEX budget planning, project screening and investment decisions in line with Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve value for money and Cost
- Leadership for CAPEX Projects.
- Identify & Assess prospect scope and main components to develop consistent “building block” estimates (Type1-2) for each concept under consideration.
- Translate the identified project scope and engineering deliverables into the estimate of capital expenditure costs for design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and start-up of the hardware elements (Type-3). Job Title: Senior Data Analytics Developer

Job Purpose / Objective
- Design, Implement and Manage systems for turning data into high-value, actionable insights through the delivery of state-of-the-art, scalable, enterprise data platforms, data science and analytics solutions for our company through a variety of techniques and technologies, from modelling, forecasting, transforming and enriching the data to presenting the data in a meaningful form.
Main Accountabilities
- Gather reporting and analysis requirements and translate into reporting structures data models, including aggregate tables, relational and dimensional.
- Profile and analyse source data to determine the best reporting structures.
- Design and build data integration processes from internal and external source systems into the

Job Requirements
Education:
- A University Degree in Computer Sciences or Physical Sciences or Engineering; professional qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 7 to 10 years post-graduation experience, out of which 5 years should be a similar role within the IT department or Digital function or R&D function of a reputable organization preferably Oil & Gas company.
Competency Requirements:
- Highly skilled in SQL programming in T-SQL building stored procedures and jobs
- Strong functional understanding of Azure Machine Learning
- Ability to manage large volume data integration/ETL; experience with SQL Server Integration
- Services (SSIS) including ability to configure SQL Server agent
- Expertise in identifying and mapping data elements across multiple systems

Job Objectives
- To ensure client’s documents and drawings are handled, issued and stored in a secured and efficient way and in accordance with the requirements of SAIM Module of Gas-GAME.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, register and verify the quality of data about documents, including data about relations to facility components and other objects.
- Keep Document Master List up-to-date.
- Support checking of the suitability of electronic documents for storing in PACER.
- Managing, monitoring and controlling of all client Documents.
- Ensure that latest versions of documents are clearly identifiable and that only latest versions of documents are available to users.
- Maintain and file (where necessary) hard copies of documents and replace outdated hard copy documents with latest updates.
- Provide input to planning of document management activities.
- Ensure that the documents are stored and integrated in the Facility Information Model and also ensure easy retrieval of the Document from client EDMS (PACER)
- Provide input to proposals for creation, review and update of procedures for registration and control of documents.
- Produce and distribute hard copies of documents as and when required by third parties. Facilitate document exchange with Engineering Service Contractors.
- Ensure that the integrity and confidentiality of relevant documentation is carefully controlled,

- The CAD Designer is ultimately responsible for engineering drafting and modelling of designs within the team and ensures that the engineering design for assigned capital project is carried out safely to applicable codes and standards utilizing industry best practices to achieve error free and on-schedule project delivery.
Main Accountabilities
- Responsible for delivering CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications for projects, as appropriate for each phase, in line with the corporate goal of competitive and affordable projects execution
- Responsible for Company asset 2D/3D/4D modelling and consistency checks in projects
