We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Shomolu, Lagos

Job Description

  • Provide good staff / customer service
  • Daily presentation of customers’ post-dated cheques on the appointed payment date.
  • Assist in various daily operations by developing and maintaining a filing system i.e. ensures that all applications are properly managed, booked on the system, scanned and filed in their various folders.
  • Ensure that all computer systems/electrical are powered on at the right time and shut down by close of work daily
  • Ensure cleaning activities are well coordinated and maintained within the reception/office area.
  • Send and receive documents for the company
  • Secure office and staff documents i.e. physically and through the automated filing system
  • Ensure totake detailed minutes of meetings
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Office facility management.
  • Ensure that all computer systems, furnitures, network device and other equipments are maintained and secured properly
  • Ensure that the facilities such as generator and electrical appliances is well maintained and kept in good condition regularly

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
