Job Title: Business Development Lead (VAS & Agency Banking)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify new avenues for Bills payment product growth across all discos.
  • Manage Bank partnerships to ensure growth and reliability of Agency banking transactions.
  • Identify and execute strategic partnerships with vendors for transaction reliability and growth.
  • Responsible for driving expansion and revenue growth in all geographical areas.
  • Identify, acquire and onboard Bills payment Agents and Super Agents.
  • Reactivate existing Agents and have them resume Bill payments.
  • Responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Cable TV products.
  • Manage all Cable TV payment Agents and Super Agents, ensuring that every need to ensure their effective operations and profitability is adequately and promptly attended to.
  • Responsible for execution and market penetration strategy and acting as a link between the Business and the front line.
  • Recommend initiatives on process improvement in relation to expansion and Revenue growth.
  • Driving sales and business development on our VAS and utility products.
  • Reactivate and ensure retention of acquired users with a minimum churn rate.
  • Increase VAS adoption through building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and end-to-end relationship management of key stakeholders
  • Responsible for execution and market penetration strategy and acting as a link between the Business and the front line.
  • Recommend initiatives on process improvement in relation to expansion and Revenue growth.
  • Identify product fixes, through customers’ feedback and collaborate with Product to resolve within stipulated SLA.
  • Deplore initiatives to Improve market acceptance of the range of products & service offerings.

Requirements

  • You need to have at least 5 years of experience in Sales and or marketing with at least two (2) of those in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
  • You have already existing relationships with these business chains across the country.
  • You are proactive and excellent with execution strategies.
  • You are an excellent communicator and people manager.
  • You possess great interpersonal skills.
  • You have strong analytical, data visualization and interpretation skills.
