Job Title: Business Management Trainee (BMT’22)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Working under the supervision of the Business Devevelopment Manager.
• Health Maintenance and facilitating.
• Developing small scale businesses.
• Developing and maintaining a good relationship with our clients.
• Keeping analysis and daily records about our clients.
• Providing organic solutions to farmers both crops and livestocks.
• Securing and attending to Presentations.
• Assisting management team to recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and develop Sales Associates.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline)
• 0 – 3 years work experience.
• Ability to create and generate leads.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Decision making skills.
• Must be a people-person.
• Willingness and the ability to learn.
• Must not be above 27 years of age on or before March 2022.
• Entry Level.

Salary
N70,000 – N130,000 / month.
