Job Description

  • The Vice Principal, Administration is a key member of the senior management team and ensures a close working relationship with the principal on a daily basis to ensure a smooth running of school.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: BA / B.Sc. in Education. Master’s Degree in Education Administration or Leadership is an added advantage
  • At least 10 years of general management experience including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills
  • Experience with strategic planning, finance and student/staff development would be an advantage
  • Must possess strong work ethics and be able to work under pressure
  • A dynamic and highly driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Must be passionate about education and working with children.
