Job Title: Administrative / Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a competent Administrative / Personal Assistant who will be responsible for performing administrative and routine tasks for the Director.


  • Handle organizational and minor clerical support task
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform work related errands as requested.
  • Calling for repairs and monitoring equipment artisans
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Perform other assignments as necessary to ensure that the office runs properly


  • B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE with a minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant in an academic environment will be an advantage
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A good command of ICT skills.
