Job Description
- Froshtech Automotive is growing and we are hiring for a Customer Service Representative in our Auto Workshop.
- Must be willing to work Saturdays
- Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Answer incoming calls and messages across all social media handles
- Coordinate and relay scheduled appointments for customers
- Notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction expectations at or above company standards.
Job Requirements
- Graduate (HND or B.Sc)
- Job Experience: at least 3 years
- Must be able to work six days per week
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Understand Automotive Jargon
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Valid Government approved credentials
- Must be TEAM-oriented
- Must be competent with popular computer programs (internet, email, word, light use of excel).
Work Location:
- Jakande roundabout, Lekki/Epe Expressway, Lagos State
