  • We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, together with a Designer, our footprint and engagement in the digital world to enhance B2B engagement to generate leads and find potential clients.
  • You will need to understand how to attract site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish. You should be proficient in content creating, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness and leads.
  • This role requires high level knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content marketing and reporting.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving problems while taking ideas and running with them. The position requires the ability to make decisions based on best practices and research.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated and enjoy working autonomously on tasks, while also closely working through projects with the team. This job also requires an ability to work with ambiguity and transition through different tasks as business priorities change.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have excellent web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks. Ultimately, you will ensure we maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals.

  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our services in well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on various social network channels
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
  • Submit work to CEO for input and approval and conduct interviews to create insider content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Update website and social media content as needed
  • Reviewing LinkedIn profiles of the SPACE44 Team and creating custom content for posts, about Space44 on profiles of the Team (matching to our service and community).
  • Increase followers in our target groups.
  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
  • Acting according to the data insights/ metrics information
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Network with clients and industry professionals.

  • B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Experience in Brand and Digital Strategy.
  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Social media marketing or similar role.
  • Portfolio of published articles.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Familiarity with web publications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO.
  • Demonstrable experience in keyword search and marketing data analytic tools
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
