We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Infrastructural Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Design, Budget, co-ordination with subcontractors, suppliers.manufacturers etc,
• Coordinate with site construction team,procurement, MEP Engineers etc
• Must handle the construction of estates, township, bridge road, smart homes, green building etc
• Responsible for getting approval from local authority.
• Conduct architectural and engineering design reviews, identify improvements and alternates and ensure implementation for value addition to the project
• Draft, negotiate, execute and manage infrastructure construction and maintenance related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contracts, agreements and other guidelines
• Prepare tender and contract specifications, assist and/ or conduct procurement processes including analysing proposals
• Ensure timely delivery of project by monitoring progress against project implementation schedule and coordinate preparation and submission of periodic progress reports and technical reports
• Review and validate payment certificates against progress achieved by the consultant and contractor
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance of the Project against allocated budget.

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 8 years of experience as an infrastructural engineer.
• Must be willing to resume immediately.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing detail architectural and engineering designs and using design software
• Proven experience of supervising and managing construction projects.
• Proven experience of quality control standards implementation and performance audits
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and to deliver construction projects through project management services administration
• Proven experience in project planning and cost estimate.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result orientation.
