We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
As a Project Architect, you are expected to:
- Perform space planning according to building occupant count and existing interior architecture.
- Create 3D models in Revit.
- Develop detailed plans and shop drawings using- Autodesk- AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Work on MEP drawings for commercial projects with the guidance of the engineer.
- Develop 2d drawings using Autocad and computer aid 3d models using 3dmax and Sketchup.
- Collaborate with the verification team on test plan, plan coverage points, and IP verification.
- Rebrand the application with CSS style sheets which bring more polish and readability to the UI.
- Carry out other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Corporate experience in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.
