Job Summary

  • This is a sales leadership role required to achieve the company’s objectives which involves Revenue, Volume, Product Mix, Coverage, Rate of Sales, Employee Engagement and Share of Shelf within the selected region.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Business / Financial: Generate Revenue, Credit Management, Coverage and market expansion/territory development.
  • Processes & Controls: Resource management & materials utilization, market analytics, reporting & documentation
  • People/Resource Management: Sales capacity building & knowledge sharing, team supervision.
  • Development of trade marketing activities driven by trends and insights to improve sales, coverage, visibility and product off take within the assigned region.
  • Weekly consolidation of Channel Partners orders and reports, order placement and liaising with a multi-functional team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Periodic performance review versus assigned target.
  • Periodic accompaniment/training with sales associates
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating practices (SOP) at all times via periodic training and tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification – Master’s Degree in Business Administration or it’s equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years sales/marketing work experience in FMCG.
