Job Brief

  • The Sales Data Analyst is responsible for information according to what is established in Contact Strategy.

Main Purpose or Function of the Position

  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
  • Comply with the agreed service level of relevant information for the BU.
  • Align the data that are in all Systems, Salesforce, POC EYE, DMS, CIC, Syspro, etc
  • High standards and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
  • Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices.
  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
  • Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments.
  • Automate processes and reports.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Experience in sales analysis.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and power BI
  • Statistical analysis and computing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Projection and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
