Store Keeper at Eko Maintenance Limited

Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Keeper

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the storeroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • Document supplies and inventory of materials in the storeroom
  • Report to the Procurement department

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc
  • 2+ years of working experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
  • Very good in using a computer and applications such as Microsoft Excel
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
