Job Title: Female Administrative Assistant
Location: Festac, Lagos

- We are in need of a Smart Female Administrative Assistant for our client.
- Attend to customers online and offline
- Consistently update and upload company products on different social media platforms and designated websites.
- Take enquires and channel to the right sources
- Take product picture
- Be able to learn very quickly to deploy software like Canva in carrying out daily tasks.
- Maintain regular database of company clients and prospective ones.
- Also, ensuring proper follow-up of same.
- Maintaining supplies
- Greet prospective and existing clients in a professional manner and provide visitors or clients relevant information needed by the clients.
- Providing efficient administrative support to the team.
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate source
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / Diploma qualification.
- 1 – 2 years of work experience.
Skills and Requirements:
- Organizational skills
- Time-management skill
- Problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use the computer well
- Working knowledge of MS- Word and Excel
- Know how to communicate via email
- Must reside in Festac /Amuwo-Odofin environs.
