Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk coverage, including managing a multi-line phone system, greeting guests who enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
  • Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for all levels of employees.
  • Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes

Requirements

  • OND, HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Strong time-management. skills and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Proven Administrative experience.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
