Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Administrative Officer.
  • Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor:
  • Welcoming and directing visitors, answering phone queries and handling complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensuring office & factory supplies are maintained and ensuring there are always adequate levels.
  • Coordinate procurement and ensure timely supply of factory needs.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Managing and handling correspondence via the company website and email.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.
  • Organize the factory casual staff files and record.
  • Taking stock count as required.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment to Head Office as required.
  • Handle stock & sales reconciliation.
  • Handle factory expense reconciliation

Job Specification

  • A graduate with a minimum of 1 year post Nysc Experience.
  • Excellent planning & organizing skills.
  • Filing & paper management.
  • Self-motivated and hardworking.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Confident and determined.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
