Job Title: General Manager
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results.
- Ensuring all facilities are in condition at all times
- Coordinating subordinates’ staff
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Tracking and reporting scorecard results to senior management
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Ensuring all facilities are in order at all times.
- Conducting timely performance evaluations.
- Supporting problem resolution and decision making.
- Coaching and developing existing employees.
- Training new employees.
- Dealing with performance problems and termination.
- Planning and goal setting for future periods.
- Enforcing quality standards set by the company i.e ensuring customer satisfaction or evaluating products’ quality.
- Understanding each employee’s strengths and weaknesses and delegating tasks as needed.
- Estimating and creating budgets and tracking spending.
- Understanding the goals of the company’s decision-makers and translating them to team members.
Requirements
- High experience in humanitarian role preferably in entertainment & hospitality.
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities and highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Must be organized and punctual
- Prior experience in a managerial role is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
