Operations Manager at Hospital Assist Nigeria (HAN)

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Managing Director in developing and implementing business strategies to facilitate achievement of short- and long-term business goals
  • Design a standard talent acquisition process which promotes Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) for individuals with relevant skills and experience for available job roles
  • Maintain a dynamic and productive work system by updating job requirements and job descriptions for various job positions within the organization
  • Ensure legal compliance by implementing applicable Labour laws of the state and federal government in managing organisation workforce
  • Develop favourable work processes and systems that encourage employee retention and engagement.
  • Prepare, implement and review operational policies and procedures as approved by top management. Ensure strict adherence by all employees.
  • Set standards by which employee performance as well as organizational performance are effectively assessed

Requirements

  • Applicants should possess at least a BSc / HND in an applicable field.
  • Previous Experience in Operations Management or a similar role within the healthcare sector will be a huge advantage.
  • At least 2 years work experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Applicants residing in Surulere, Anthony village, Yaba or Maryland will be considered first based on proximity to the workplace.
