Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- First Degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor preferably in the FMCG sector
- Must have a good knowledge of Lekki/Ajah axis.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
